However, according to Gautam, the guard refused to offer an apology for the ordeal. Determined to hold the responsible parties accountable, the fan filed a formal complaint at the on-site police control room, providing photographic evidence and tagging local authorities including the DCP Telangana and the Rachakonda police.
The Hyderabad City Police promptly acknowledged the report on social media, directing the case to the Malkagiri police station for a thorough investigation.
